In early March 2022, our company received an enquiry from a Korean customer - KIM - on Alibaba. The customer claims that they urgently require a container order of 40HQ ceramic vases/decorations with a one week delivery time. According to several pieces of information communicated with him, our salesman quickly realized that this is a high-quality and urgent order from apotential customer, and immediately sorted out our latest inventory list and sent it to the customer.
With over billions of pieces products in stock, urgent order is always welcome. We have three warehouses in China which are located in Jingdezhen, Chaozhou, Linyi.
Kim is also an effective person, after modifying the PI several times, it only took us 2 days to basically confirm the designs and quantity of the order. Whether it is the packaging requirement that the customer is worried about or the urgent delivery time, we can meet the customer's needs very well. Finally, on the third day, the customer paid a deposit of more than 20,000 U.S. dollars for the project, and the goods were packed and sent out in our warehouse in Linyi, Shandong Province one week later.
The customer received our bulk goods half a month later and was very satisfied with the quality and packaging of the bulk goods, and repurchased from our company again after 2 months.
