ASMAA is the founding partner of an original brand of high-end home accessories with a certain scale. Her showrooms are located in the UAE and Qatar. Their company insists on original design, and the main products are mostly original hand-painted porcelain ornaments, such as vases, incense burners, tableware and drinkware.

In May 2021, our company received the customized manuscripts of 2 types of incense burners from Asmaa on Alibaba, and the demand is 500 pieces for each type. The hand-painted draft provided by the customer is very simple, only the approximate size and some details of the material, the early stage can only rely on imagination, and some textures on the lid of the incense burner are difficult to achieve, the junction of the bottom left and the body is too thin, It is almost certain that it will be deformed during the kiln firing process. After our salesman asked the designer and the person in charge of production for their opinions on the feasibility of landing, everyone agreed that these two models were too complicated to be realized, so we declined the customer politely, and explained the rejection reason to the customer during the period.

But customers are also attracted by our customized cases. One week after rejecting the customer, Asmaa contacted our salesman again, and told her that she really needs a factory with strong customization capabilities to help her make these two incense burners, because she has also sent inquiries to many suppliers, Basically they rejected her, or were not professional enough, so she approached to us in the end because we are more professional.

Finally, in regards to production possibilities, functionality and stability, the client agrees that we can make minor adjustments to some dimensions and details without affecting their concept. After paying the mold fee, the design department of our company completed the 3D modeling of the two incense burners in only two days, and the customer highly praised our modeling ability. We have also restored the customer's design to the greatest extent, and the finished product has a particularly good effect, and the large-scale goods have also been completed beyond expectations.

Because of this order, we have also successfully captured the hearts of customers, and we have received many customized projects from customers.
